Build an Effective Leadership Team

Though one may be overpowered, two can defend themselves. A cord of three strands is not quickly broken. Ecc. 4:12

Discipling all the men in your church isn’t a one-man job, and it doesn’t just happen! You need a passionate leader, the support of your pastor, a committed leadership team with a compelling vision, and allies to support that vision.

The effectiveness of your efforts depends on the effectiveness of these “strands.” How are you building and developing your leaders? The height of your ministry to men will be determined by the depth of your leadership team.
